This all boils down to the same main point. It is imperative to have things that are useful, but are also pretty to look at. People have to want to come to your home to ogle your possessions and artistic touch and taste. If they are willing to do this, they will surely be willing to buy your home from you. You will surely be voted as home of the year, and the neighbors on the block will envy you with a green envy.
